Facilitate 360-degree feedback with key stakeholders such as manager, peers, employees, etc. to learn how others view their leadership and identify what current brand is today
Coordinate completion of leadership assessment such as Strengths Based Leadership, DISC, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, etc.
Plan
Review the Credit Union’s competency model to outline the specific skills, knowledge, and behaviors for executives within the organization’s culture; help develop these if not present today
Provide summary report from discovery session and assessments that includes an action plan with areas of focus for the year
Perform
Conduct 1-on-1 coaching sessions focused on communication, executive presence, navigating conflicts, strategy, vision, prioritization, change management, and other top-level initiatives
