• Hold meeting to learn from current manager and other key leaders what the career aspirations, areas of strength, and areas of opportunity are today

• Facilitate 360-degree feedback with key stakeholders such as manager, peers, employees, etc. to learn how others view their leadership and identify what current brand is today

• Coordinate completion of leadership assessment such as Strengths Based Leadership, DISC, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, etc.

Plan

• Review the Credit Union’s competency model to outline the specific skills, knowledge, and behaviors for executives within the organization’s culture; help develop these if not present today

• Provide summary report from discovery session and assessments that includes an action plan with areas of focus for the year

• Conduct 1-on-1 coaching sessions focused on communication, executive presence, navigating conflicts, strategy, vision, prioritization, change management, and other top-level initiatives
